Building Demolition Works

We perform building demolition on large and small projects with precision, safety and efficiency. We have an extensive demolition experience and have successfully completed many difficult and fast-paced projects safely and efficiently. At FFIContracting’s, we have an extensive experience in residential and industrial as well as large and complicated proj- ects for demanding customers. Some of our services includeinterior demolition, concrete demolition, site clearing and building wrecking.

Planning

The planning department is essential in controlling, monitoring, evaluating, scheduling, and budgeting of the projects whose function are summarized into the following: First: The planning department derives the cost estimate of all the projects, marketing quantity surveying, and prepares the BOQ and assigns the weight percentage for each activity. Second: The planning department prepares for the schedule, the projected targets and the preparations of the invoices. Third: The planning department monitors the progress of the work, recommends the changes and finalizes the corrections.

Electro-Mechanical

Our Electro-Mechanical Department plays a vital role in the project by providing all technical data, material specifications, and procedures, coordinator in the erection of all the civil and architectural structure that re affected by or are affecting electro-mechanical equipment (instruments, machines, engines, appliances, power controls, and the appurtenances), technicians and supervisors in the energizing and commissioning of the facilities. They also provide the ETD with the prices and quantities for bidding preparations.
